Refund Policy — Thomas Windsor Studio

I want you to feel confident choosing a painting and to love what arrives at your door.

Original oil paintings: 14-day returns

If your original painting is not the right fit, email thomaswindsorstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending your painting back, then ship it within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

The painting must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, carefully packed in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping and insurance for the full purchase value. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and email me within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging while we resolve the issue. I will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement where available or a full refund. Please do not send the item back before contacting me.

Prints and made-to-order items

Prints and other made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the process above applies.

Refunds

Once an approved return arrives and has been inspected, I will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. Change-of-mind refunds include the returned item price and applicable tax; any original shipping charge is not refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, I will refund the full amount paid for the affected item, including applicable tax and its shipping charge.

These timeframes do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
