Refund Policy — Thomas Windsor Studio

Every painting that leaves my studio is carefully inspected and packed with the care it deserves. I want you to love what arrives at your door.

Original Oil Paintings All sales of original paintings are final, with one exception: if your painting arrives damaged in transit, I will accept a return for a full refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at thomaswindsorstudio@gmail.com
  • Include clear photos of the damage to both the painting and the packaging
  • I will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Once the painting is received back in my studio, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Prints Prints are produced on demand and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Same process applies — contact me within 48 hours with photos.

What I Can't Cover I'm not able to accept returns due to change of mind or color variation from screen to screen (monitors vary — I'm happy to send additional photos before you purchase if you'd like).
